Good questions.
Is PollApp free?
Yes. PollApp is free to download and free to use. Brands and research partners pay for the answers – you get paid for giving them.
How do I get paid?
Tap your balance on Home and pick a payout method. Which ones you get depends on your country – PayPal and gift cards are the most common.
How much can I earn?
It depends on how often you answer and play. Every survey shows its reward and length before you start, so you always know what it's worth.
Why was I screened out of a survey?
Researchers look for specific groups of people. If you don't match, the survey ends early. Screen-outs happen to everyone, and the more of your profile you fill in, the better your matches get.
Can I earn while I'm abroad?
Surveys and games pause while you're outside your home country, and your streak is frozen until you're back. Your balance and payouts work from anywhere.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers go to research and are analysed together with everyone else's. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
